Today marks 7 years since I took the biggest leap of faith, I've ever had to endure. I packed up every possession I owned and treasured, I said goodbye to all my family and friends, who shaped me into the woman I am today. I left an amazing little fishing 🎣 village, I was fortunate enough to call home the majority of my life, and a beautiful province which holds countless, magical moments captured in time.
With the start of our truck engine, enough tears flowing, to pave the way across multiple provinces, 2 dogs, 1 cat, Derek, Brooklyn, and I, my father-in-law trailing behind us in a moving truck, we set off to new beginnings and many unknowns. I traded my city girl heels in for dusty boots! Over the years, since moving to Manitoba, we have faced many challenges, it hasn't been easy, but through unconditional love, trust, strength, guidance, support, many laughs, trial and error, we have somehow managed to get through it all, together! We set goals and achieved them, albeit some took longer than others... we managed to get them done. In a few short days, life hands us another 365 pages in the Book of Life. I can't wait to see how our story plays out!
To new beginnings and unknown adventures ✨️ Always remember, Be brave enough to find the life you want and courageous enough to chase it. Then start over and love yourself the way you were always meant to ♡
