Since 2017 I've had the honor and privilege of working with some of Canada's finest medical professionals, scientists, researchers, plus the many individuals that make up our medical centers. Working with the Canadian Sepsis Foundation & the Canadian Critical Care Trials Group, I've been able to learn invaluable information, gain experience, and knowledge when it comes to our Health Care System.
For about a year now, I've been collaborating on a project that is building awareness, understanding, and a collaborative approach to critical care and research, that centres around Indigenous Perspectives.
Critical Care (ICU) is essential during many health crises, yet it's proven that many families struggle to navigate its complexities. Have you or a loved one experienced an ICU stay? Would you share your positive and/or negative experience with me. It doesn't matter your race, ethnicity, or who you identify as, I'm just trying to gage different perspectives and experiences so I can relate it to my research, my own development, and knowledge. If you don't want to share publicly, feel free to message. 😁
