Canadaโ€™s new National Food Security Strategy is about more than affordability.

Itโ€™s a recognition that food security and food entrepreneurship are matters of economic sovereignty.

One piece that caught our attention is the new $1 billion fund being developed through Farm Credit Canada for businesses that may not fit traditional lending models.
