Pacific Northwest vibes UNITE 🤝

3-time James Beard Award winner and founder of Portland’s Kann, chef Gregory Gourdet, has revealed he’s coming to Vancouver for a special one-night dinner this November 🤩

The five-course dinner will bring Pacific Northwest ingredients that are guided by both Kann’s approach to Haitian cuisine and Touk’s contemporary Cambodian cuisine vibes set by chef Chanthy Yen, all with drink pairings to top it off 🍽️

Marugame Udon Canada has just revealed that it’s expanding with its second-ever Metro Vancouver location at CF Richmond Centre later this year 👀

Known for its theatre-like atmosphere and noodles with a signature “Marugame texture”, its menu features unique varieties like Kake Udon (served with umami fish dashi soup), Nikutama Udon (made with sweet-flavoured beef, onsen egg, and BK sauce), and Chicken Katsu Curry Udon 🤤
