I found these fresh crabs in the river… 🦀🌿

I brought them home and cooked them outdoors beside my bahay kubo with lots of garlic, butter, chili, and herbs. 🧄🧈🌶️

And when I cracked one open… that juicy crab meat and rich orange crab roe were just too good to resist. 🤤🦀

Nothing beats fresh food, countryside cooking, and a quiet meal surrounded by nature. 🌾🤎
