Tiramisu is coffee and dessert at the same time, which is already a pretty good system. We just added b**r to it.

Brewed with Peruvian coffee from our pals at , plus ladyfingers, cacao and brown sugar. Rich, roasty, chocolatey, a little sweet, and suspiciously close to ordering dessert.

Have your cake and drink it too. Or whatever.

Albatrosses can spend years out at sea, cover thousands of kilometres, and still find their way back to the exact spot they left. They also mate for life.

Some of you felt the same way about this b**r (we noticed).

Toroa is a Hazy IPA dry hopped with Citra, Citra Cryo, Motueka, Rakau and Nectaron. Most of those hops came from New Zealand, home of the toroa, which felt right. We smell a tropical fruit salad: mangoes, bananas, limes and stonefruit, piled high.

It was gone for a while. It came back. That's just what albatrosses do.

OK, IT’S OCTOBER.

We’ve been holding this in since August. Our time has come. We have never made a pumpkin b**r, for obvious reasons (it’s not 2008), but you know, who are we to obey the rules and trends.

THE CREAMERY PUMPKIN PIE

🎃🥧🎃🥧🎃🥧🎃🥧🎃🥧

Lactose, vanilla, graham cracker and pumpkin spice. We smell cinnamon and nutmeg up front, then caramel and warm biscuits. We taste pumpkin pie, crust and all. Sweet and rich without being heavy.

Pairs well with oversized sweaters, fake leaves on your mantel and pretending you'll actually carve a pumpkin this year.

ABV 5.5%

Saturday October 3rd, we’re going ALL in with guest taps, an Oktoberfest food menu, and on the tunes from afternoon into night.

*Lederhosen and dirndls are welcome. Regular pants are also fine.

Our friends **r, **r and are sending some very good b**r our way, and the kitchen has put together a full menu for the day featuring pretzels, schnitzel, bratwurst and plenty more.

Smoke 'Em If You Got 'Em is back for another year with our pals at , our farm distillery and brewery buds out in Ayr, Ontario.

It's a Smoke L***r brewed with a blend of Cherry and Beechwood smoked malts. Most of the smoke lives in the aroma, then it settles into a light amber l***r with balanced bready sweetness and a clean, crisp finish. Smoky, but not SMOKY smoky.

5.5% ABV. 4 x 473ml cans available now at **r. Take home 3 x 4-packs for $45 (+ tax & deposit).

OKTOBERFEST MOSTLY TAKES PLACE IN SEPTEMBER. IT HAS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR A VERY LONG TIME. NOBODY HAS DONE ANYTHING ABOUT IT.

We respect the commitment. So we got together with our pals at **r in Toronto and made a Festbier that's also a little early. (It was admittedly supposed to be even early, see below*)

Hayame is Japanese for, roughly, "a little ahead of when you needed to be." It's also a nod to Godspeed's connection to Japan. Founder and brewer Luc "Bim" Lafontaine now lives in Tokyo.

Brewed with Pilsner, Vienna and Munich malts, and hopped with Mittelfrüh. Smooth, bright and golden. We taste fresh white bread, light biscuit, and subtle floral and herbal notes, with a crisp finish that asks for another sip.
5.5% ABV. 4 x 473ml cans available now at **r. At .cabana shortly.

FUSION MOUNTAIN. Sounds like a sick roller coaster.

Our newest Experimental DIPA is an 8% Double IPA dry hopped with Citra Cryo and a mountain (please see above) of Tropical Fusion, then finished with Nectaron Hop Kief.

We smell a whole lot of passion fruit, mango, guava, and sweet exotic citrus. Tropical, juicy, and maybe a little too easy for 8%.

Based on previous DIPA data, get here quickly.
