🍜 Real tonkotsu, made fresh every day.

Our ramen chef prepares our rich, creamy pork bone broth in-house daily — slow-cooked with care, just the way it should be. ❤️

09/26/2026

Every great bowl starts from the ground up. We make our multigrain soba in-house every single day, letting the dough rest for four hours so it achieves that signature, perfectly fresh, and irresistibly chewy texture that takes every bite to the next level! 🍜✨

We are beyond excited to introduce our brand-new menu lineup, crafted with that exact same dedication and passion:

Carbonara Mazesoba
Rosé Mazesoba
Salmon Mazesoba
Miso Mazesoba
Spicy Miso Ramen
Spicy Ramen
Tomato Ramen

Come taste the craftsmanship for yourself. Which new bowl are you trying first?
