🤎 This Sunday, the one and only Oyaki store outside Japan, sai plant deli , is popping up at Fujiya Clark!

Did you know? Oyaki (おやき) is a dumpling specialty from Nagano Prefecture, in Japan’s mountainous Shinshu region. Made with soft, chewy dough and stuffed with savoury ingredients, especially vegetables, they’re pan-seared until lightly browned. A hearty, comforting treat that’s perfect for autumn! 🍂

Freshly cooked Oyaki will be available for sampling and purchase at the pop-up, featuring four plant-based flavours:
🧀 Cheesy “Keema”
🍆 Classic Eggplant Miso
🥔 Spicy Potato & Peppers
🥗 Stir-Fried Garlic Greens
