I’m going viral on this one guys ✨

If you’re not on the dirty soda trend are you even living? Or maybe I’m late to the party ??

Today’s recipe was:

1/3 C high fat milk, can choose coconut to make it vegan
1 scoop vanilla protein powder or any vanilla protein powder
1 can of Blue Valentine kombucha

makes 2-3

It was actually SO good I’m taking back all the jokes I ever made about it.

I’ve been hesitant to post this cringe reel cuz it’s just that. It’s not esthetically beautiful or curated like 90% of the other reels out there — I’m feeling behind after years off social media and learning reels for.the.first.time 🙈😮‍💨

But more important than my ego is that we just keep sharing with you all what’s been up for us currently and during the past 5 years, and I hope/plan to start doing that.

We’re listed at starting in Langley and soon to hit store shelves at the new Chilliwack location as soon as it’s open 🎉 And hopefully more to come after that, that’s where your impact matters most.

I absolutely LOVE , it still has the classic crunchy organic vibe that I find nostalgic and sweet and they stock SO many great local companies — so excited to finally be here 🙌🏻

They say don’t meet your heroes — you might be disappointed.

But when you do and they’re exactly as cool and genuine IRL as they are online?

The sweetest feeling.

This isn’t kombucha-related. But it is real life related.
Coming back after 2 babies in 2 years.
Figuring out my role as Founder.
Reclaiming a body that’s been shared for a few years.

That’s been my journey lately.

Part of that has been committing to my health in a real way.
I started in late January after a mama friend couldn’t stop raving about how good she was feeling every day.

I needed that. So I gave it a go.
Haven’t looked back since.
12 weeks. 5x a week. Feeling every bit of it.

Taylar’s classes are motivating, uplifting, and completely shattering — in the best way. The kind that elevate you into who you’re becoming.

Got to meet her today.
Just as cool, genuine, and real as she is online.

It just made me happy.
That life can work out that way sometimes.
That not everyone on this platform is performing.
