We were delighted to represent three wines alongside an amazing lineup of food and wine pairings, and were thrilled to take home all three awards: Gold, Silver & Bronze! 🥇🥈🥉

A huge thank you to the event organizers and judges for bringing such a fantastic evening together, to the talented restaurants we had the pleasure of being paired with for creating some truly memorable food and wine experiences, and to everyone in the community who came out, tasted, voted, and shared the night with us. We look forward to pouring at this event every year.

With deep alluvial floodplains and the maritime influence of Lake Alexandrina, Langhorne Creek is home to some of Australia’s best soils and growing conditions. Frank Potts realised this when he established Bleasdale in 1850. The iconic Mulberry Tree vineyard, named after the ancient tree that grows adjacent to the vineyard on the banks of the Bremer River, consistently produces fruit of exceptional quality. 🍇

This is an elegant Cabernet Sauvignon with intense aromas of mixed berries, woody herbs, dark chocolate and violets. The palate is smooth and persistent, with blackcurrant and spicy oak flavours, before finishing with soft and subtle tannins. 🍷

The iconic photo used on the label was used in early Bleasdale Vineyards marketing with the line “you’re lucky we didn’t drink it all ourselves.” 😆 The family and friends that have worked in the winery and vineyards over the years have very much enjoyed the product they produced. There’s a story in every glass!🍷🍷🍷
