Thousands of years of wisdom in tea and fermentation are manifested in our kombucha. Tea - We start with true terroir teas sourced directly from family-owned farms. Each of our distinctive teas embody depth and subtleties of flavor, aroma, and colour that few other teas can even approach. Water - Our kombucha is brewed with water purified by Japanese kishu binchotan - known since the Edo period as

the highest-quality activated charcoal for purifying water. Time - We ferment the traditional way, allowing nature to take its course. After primary fermentation in small batches, the kombucha is bottled for secondary fermentation. It is this long process that develops the extraordinarily delicate aromas and gives our kombucha its smooth flavour. WHERE TO FIND US
