“Fish. Every fish is different, which keeps things interesting. It’s challenging in the best way.”

And thankfully, understands that the food deserves its moment too.

One of our favourite parts of receiving galleries back from weddings is seeing the care given not just to the florals and tablescape, but to every plate that leaves the kitchen as well.
