Our Story

We have been serving the Lower Mainland with deliciously fresh food since 2016. We use local and sustainable butchers, fishermen, farmers and producers. With each meal you are supporting 3 local businesses. Our passion for great food is strong willed, and we want to share that passion with you through our cooking.

​Our focus is clean eating, although we do take requests for personalized meal plans. Our menus offer the best of what we have available in season. Most of our meals are low-carb. Please specify when ordering if you want additional carbs added to your meals (at no extra cost).

​Your meals will be delivered in an Electric or Hybrid vehicle. All of our containers are made from compostable pulp fibre, and we also have zero-waste options when ordering (with a deposit on the containers).
