THANK YOU to The Kids Vitamin Doctor | Dr. Caroline Barclay | MD for their generous donation of high quality vitamins for kids!!! We are grateful to offer these in our 4 markets to contribute to the health and wellness of the young ones supported through Quest. With the return of routine for the coming school year being just around the corner, Quest clients can add these excellent vitamin options to their basket giving their kiddos a great start every day.
Your generous donations go a long way contributing to the Quest mission: By bridging the gap between food banks and grocery stores, Quest provides a shopping experience for those in need based on principles of dignity, access and sustainability.
Thank you The Kids Vitamin Doctor | Dr. Caroline Barclay | MD for playing a role in that mission!

Huge thanks to Daily Hive for helping to spread the word about Quest's unique non-profit market model, where clients can shop with dignity, choosing the products they want at around 50% cheaper than commercial discount groceries.

None of this would be possible without the generous support of our food partners, donors and volunteers. Follow the link in our bio to find out how you can get involved and help break the cycle of food insecurity.

A Metro Vancouver non-profit is selling good-quality groceries for way cheaper than other markets in the region.

From till equipment to power jacks, refrigeration to keeping our fleet on the road, the work we do at Quest comes at a cost. We are so thankful for financial support that helps keep all the wheels (and compressors) turning and in good repair so we can serve the folks we are here to serve.
Picking up surplus food in volume requires trucks and our fleet of 3 & 5 tonne re**er trucks Re on a regular maintenance schedule to ensure safety and cold-chain protection.
We thank you B2GOLD for your generous support!!

Oh it was a GOOD DAY when we flipped the switch to ON for this most epic air conditioning project!
In a heritage building hosting an SRO above in the DTES, there were many hurdles to overcome to cool things down in our Quest Hastings location. With generous funding support from City of Vancouver we were able to install AC equipment to lower the feverish temps we’d experience here, sometimes prompting market closures. Leading into our first full season operating the new gear, our team and clients alike are glad for the cooler space.
Thank you City of Vancouver for the funding support on such an integral project that helps us continue to provide service in this neighbourhood for low-cost grocery access.

Cold chain management is a whole thing. Just like every other grocery store, Quest ensures an uninterrupted cold chain to keep food safe for our clients. And like any equipment, repairs, maintenance and replacement are part of the journey when in the business of handling and moving food. There are no exceptions for the cost of running this equipment even as a non-profit!
In order to keep everything up and running, we need funding support from generous groups like - big shout out!! Thank you for your crucial support!

As we celebrate Mother’s Day and reflect on the incredible ways they shape our lives and our communities, we’d like to specifically honour the resilience and resourcefulness of mothers who, like Philomina, January, and Olga, work tirelessly to provide healthy and filling meals for their families, all while facing the challenges of food insecurity.
These remarkable mothers represent many of our clients at Quest Non-Profit Markets.
Your generous support enables these mothers, along with many others, to provide for their families on a tight budget, giving them the dignity to choose nutritious food that reflects their culture and traditions. Together, we are uplifting families in our communities and helping to break the cycle of food insecurity.
Thank you for supporting the extraordinary mothers who inspire us every day. We wish you a joyful Mother’s Day filled with love and appreciation for the mothers in your life!

We are immensely grateful to the Sovereign Order of St. John of Jerusalem, Knights Hospitaller for organising an intimate performance by the amazing Chor Leoni in support of Quest clients.

Thanks to the generousity of SOSJ members and others in attendance, the event raised over $20,000, which will go directly to purchasing quality protein products for Quest clients.

We would also like to thank Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP for hosting the event in their beautiful downtown offices (with the best view in Vancouver),
Bon Vivant for the delicious catering, and Liquor For Less for the refreshing drinks.

The support of organisations and businesses in our community is a continued source of hope and inspiration. Together, we can break the cycle of food insecurity.
