When I pick up a brisket and the juices are still dripping off the bottom like that, I know I got it right. The crust took all morning and the meat underneath is tender enough to pull apart with your hands.

This is what real Southern-style BBQ looks like 🤤

Our BBQ Beef Brisket Sandwich.

Slow smoked until the crust goes dark and the meat pulls apart on its own, then topped with our in-house BBQ sauce and coleslaw on a brioche bun 🤤
