“Why are non-alcoholic drinks so expensive?” 🍷

It's one of the questions we hear most often at Mocktails, and it's a fair one!

The truth is, there's so much more that goes into creating a beautiful alcohol-free beverage than simply leaving out the alcohol.

From carefully selected botanicals and innovative production methods to small-batch craftsmanship and thoughtfully sourced ingredients, there's a lot happening behind the scenes.

We wanted to share a little insight into what goes into these products, why they cost what they do, and why they're so much more than just juice.

At Mocktails, we believe that choosing not to drink alcohol shouldn't mean compromising on flavour, quality or the experience.

Crafted using Undone Little French Aperitif and Thomas Henry Cherry Blossom Tonic, this simple aperitif is tart, bitter and floral with a sweetness that keeps you coming back for more 🍯

Domaine Elena de Mendoza Blonde & Brunette are sparkling w**e alternative aperitifs crafted in Argentina featuring local herbs and botanicals 🌿 Crafted from a base of Chardonnay must and verjus, then infused with local herbs and botanicals, these beautifully balanced beverages are sweet, tart and bitter.

🍋 Blonde ~ Crisp and citrusy, with a sweet and bitter finish
🍷 Brunette ~ Sweet and complex with an herbal and bitter finish
