Pasture To Plate Whole Animal Butcher Shop Pasture Raised, Grass fed Grass Finished 100% Ethical! Welcome to Pasture to Plate! All our meats are non-medicated and pasture raised.

We specialize in grass-fed and -finished beef; we also sell pork, lamb and poultry. All our animals are raised outdoors at Rafter 25 Ranch in beautiful Redstone, BC. Our animals are treated humanely and harvested in small groups at our own abattoir. We know these animals from the time they are conceived to the time they are harvested -- a much more traditional and sustainable attitude than large-s

cale factory farming. Because we are a fully integrated system, we stock many harder to come by products, including a range of variety meats. We also sell bones, bone broth and rendered fat. We hope you can make it down to The Drive to try out some of our delicious products. Our staff are ready to help with product knowledge and recipe suggestions. We're sure you'll be able to taste the difference, from pasture to plate.

We will be harvesting a few Roasting Pigs in July for pre-order only.
These are 30-35 lb (14-16kg). At $20/kg they will range $280-$320 each. If you would like this small pig cut and wrapped there will be a $60 extra fee.
This is a great opportunity to try all the cuts on a pig in a smaller format, find new favourites and stock your freezer with variety, unless of course you want to take the bold route and try your hand at roasting a whole pig on a spit!
