Young coconut is, in fact, green! Who knew? I always thought all coconuts are brown. Not only the color difference, young coconut produces much more water with only a thin layer of the meat. These precious meat is what we stuff in our agar. The brown coconut gives that very rich milky thick flavour of the coconut milk we mixed in with the white part of our agar desserts. Very coconutty! 🤤🤤😋
