For PHLUR’s Vancouver launch, we created two ice creams inspired by Vanilla Skin and Vanilla Canyon — translating their fragrance notes into something you can actually taste.

Today, you can find us right outside Sephora on Robson Street, alongside PHLUR’s newest fragrances.

The Ice Cream Festival may be over, but we just couldn’t say goodbye to our Baklava Sundae.

The love it’s received over the past few weeks has been incredible, so we’ve decided to keep it on the menu for one more month.

We’ve officially lost count of how many cantaloupes we sacrificed to make this sorbet🍈😂

It’s made with 75% real cantaloupeand the rest is mostly just water. That’s our secret to making sorbets that taste exactly like the fruit they’re made from.

No artificial flavours. No shortcuts. Just loads and loads of fruit.

Specially created for the Ice Cream Festival our very first Sundae is here!

Inspired by the rich flavours of traditional baklava, we turned one of our favourite desserts into a KOBO style baklava sundae.

Layers of crispy kataifi, pistachio paste, warm chocolate sauce and of course... ice cream!

Available in Vanilla or Pistachio (for those who believe there’s no such thing as too many pistachios 😉)

Come by and give it a try before the festival is over!
