We use two different fermentation techniques, traditional Kombucha (sugar, water, tea) and Jun (honey, water green and white teas), a Japanese fermentation process. We have sourced the highest quality white, green, and Yerbamate teas to create flavour profiles that are balanced, unique, & refreshing. Lightly fermented and brewed in small batches to bring out the best flavours. Each of our flavour extracts, elixirs and concentrates have been formulated to to enhance the profile of each tea.
