Started in 1996 by Vancouver British Columbia resident Arthur Stevens and Astoria Oregon resident Tom Jameson. The 'founding fathers' were at a barbecue being held by future Pacific Coast Pretzel CEO Keith McTimmon, when they got to talking. Both Arthur and Tom were veterans of the wholesale snack food market, and agreed that consumers needed a better pretzel with 'honest' ingredients, that had th

e traits of where they had spent their lives, looking off into the Pacific. Shortly after, Pacific Coast Pretzel was born.
