Beyond the numbers, 2025 was about building the scalable North American infrastructure that brings our better-for-you innovation to more homes across Canada and the US in 2026.

What does this growth look like?
*Annual revenues reached US ~$13.8 million.
*Gross margin out of revenues improved to 25.4%, compared to 22.7% in 2024.
*Launched localized production in North America in partnership with Queen Street Bakery.
*Successfully completed the acquisition of Gluten Free Nation and acquired a majority interest in Dare to Be Different Foods.

We remain focused on expanding our distribution and create operational synergies, delivering vegan gluten-free food that’s also very tasty.
