好耐冇出 post……
大家係咪以為我哋摺埋咗？😂
非也。
只係最近閉關練功，忙住研發新品。
終於可以出關，正式同大家見面：
🥢 蒜香排骨｜酒樓風味
🥢 蔥香雞（免治）肉餅
🥢 香煎蝦皮（豬）肉餅
由試味、調味，到煎、蒸、再調整……
一輪閉關練功，終於有成果喇。
方便，但不隨便。

🥢 Pan-Fried Pork Patty w/ Dried small shrimp
Lots of testing, tasting, tweaking, frying and steaming went into these.
Our little “training retreat” is finally over. 😆
