🧠 We had a full house of body experts at last night’s Faculty Exam: The Body. Congrats to our winners, Lumps of Unknown Origin!

But we had some very impressive performances all across the board. Our guests really know a lot about these tissues and elements we walk around in.

Our latest guest feature is the Twice is Nice Cider/ Riesling from our friends at Sunday Cider

This is a craft cider co-fermented with Okanagan Riesling grape skins using extended skin contact. Imagine citrus blossoms. Lychee, gummy bear. Crispy!

Come enjoy a bottle with a friend on our patio. It’s the perfect summer drink to watch the cyclists and the crows fly by the brewery.

This evening is Tasting Notes Night! 🎶🍺

A member of our faculty team takes over the turntable with a curated vinyl selection, with each record accompanied by tasting notes exploring what you’re hearing, why it was chosen, and the beer it pairs best with.

Conversation is welcome. So is silence.

Tonight’s theme is Música Popular Brasileira, curated by tasting room staff member Ela Lucanu.

Introducing The Tasting Notes — our new vinyl night at Faculty. 🎵

Every other Thursday evening, a member of the Faculty team takes over the turntable.

The Tasting Notes is our vinyl listening night — staff-curated sets built around a theme, a genre, or an artist. Each record comes with written tasting notes: what you’re hearing, why it was chosen, what it pairs well with. Conversation is welcome. So is silence.

Tonight’s theme: AfroBeat, Nigerian Funk, and African Jazz, curated by Experience Director Michael Dove.

First set at 6:00pm. Come for a pint. Stay for the music. Leave with something new in your ears. 🍺

The Faculty Exam is our hosted trivia night — a different subject each time, run by a quizmaster who shows no mercy. This month’s subject: World Cup & football (or soccer. Let’s not quibble). Everything from 1930 to the present. Brush up.

Teams of up to 4. Free to enter. Prizes include Faculty gift cards and beer. Reservations are recommended — DM us on Instagram or email [email protected] to secure your spot.
