When we say it’s a family business, we mean it. We have memories working in the jerky shop at this age and hope our kids can have as fond memories as we do!

🥩 O look, a new way to pay for your meat!

We’ve had some requests for debit payments and those customers don’t need to wait any longer! We’re now able to accept debit AND credit cards on pickup.

Busy morning! Dressed 3 pigs and brought them in to be hung. Then a client brought out 10 lambs. Cooler is looking good this afternoon. We’ll be busy cut and wrapping these animals this week. 👌 Happy Labour Day everyone!

We’ve been getting lots of calls about hunting season! Unfortunately, this being our first year operating, we will not being processing any wild game this year.

That being said, our domestic processing schedule is filling up quick! We only have a couple openings in September, October and November for any domestic with some being pushed into December!
