It was a milestone quarter for Cizzle Brands.

Q3 Fiscal 2026 delivered a significant increase in revenue of $12.6M (+253% YoY) and was our first quarter of positive Adjusted EBITDA.

The success comes as a result of expanding CWENCH to major retailers like and Walmart Canada, expanding our product line to include HappiEats Sports Bites and of course our acquisition of the Factory at the end of 2025.
