It’s a Porterhouse steak 🥩 $21.75/lb

Both it and a T-bone steak come from the short loin and have a T-shaped bone, striploin, and tenderloin.

👉 Porterhouse = cut farther back, bigger tenderloin (filet)
👉 T-bone = cut more forward, smaller tenderloin

Similar steak, just different position = different filet size 👍
