MMM bacon and waffles 🤔😋 YESS plz sign me up!!! Definitely an all time favorite around here and with my customers is my sourdough bacon waffles!! Packed full of freshly cooked bacon chucks stuffed into my sourdough waffles 🤟
Starter was fed last night and is at full activity for optimal rise and taste, just look at that structure perfect for waffles yummy, anyone want sum?!!

Hey y'all!! I'm back 😁🤟 been battling sum health issues for the last few weeks, and finally feeling like a human again!!
So time to revive my sourdough starter from the dead once again...
Definitely doesn't look or smell very good but will give it a go, looking for a thick pancake batter texture
Will take a few days to activate but keep a look out for items going up, got requests for muffins, cookies and my famous bacon waffles, also check back on the process of reviving my starter 🤞🤟
