We’re excited to let everyone know that Hot Lunch will start up again on Monday, November 3rd!
Keep an eye out for our updated menu and details on our November fundraisers coming soon. Thank you for your continued support, we can’t wait to serve up some warm lunches and community spirit again! ❤️

🎃 Halloween Dance Update 🎃

We wanted to let our school community know that we will not be hosting a Halloween dance this year. With schools closed during the current teachers’ strike we have too many barriers.
We fully support our wonderful teachers and the important work they do for our students and community. 💛
A huge thank you to the parents who reached out and offered to help organize the dance, your enthusiasm and support mean so much to us!
We hope everyone still enjoys some spooky fun this Halloween season, and we look forward to coming together for future school events once classes are back in session. 👻🧡

This Thanksgiving, we’re filled with gratitude for our incredible school community and supporters.
To our board members, thank you for keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently.
To our volunteers, your time and helping hands in the kitchen make all the difference, we truly couldn’t do this without you.
To our amazing kitchen staff, Anne and Donna, we are so thankful for your skill, knowledge, and heart that make this program shine.
And lastly, to our wonderful school, the true heart of our community, thank you for your ongoing support and spirit.

Thanks to a generous donor, today’s Hot Dog Day at Vermilion Elementary School was extra special! Students wrote heartfelt thank-you notes to our incredible Hot Lunch volunteers, showing just how much their time and effort mean. It was a day full of gratitude, smiles, and delicious hot dogs! 🌭❤️
