It’s a good thing she’s cute!

She created her own sprinkler system… she digs for voles which is technically pest control & problem solving… but she also wrecks the irrigation which creates a lot of work for us and problem creating.

I absolutely LOVE elderberry tea! It is sold as a loose leaf tea so zero microplastics and kills two birds with one stone — immunity boosting and it’s naturally caffeine free so I can have it anytime of the day!

Tea bags have a ton of microplastics in them and as much as I love the convenience of them it’s not worth the downside of the added microplastics that are amplified by heat.

I love to brew it in my tea only French press (otherwise everything tastes like coffee)… but you can also use a tea ball or a strainer.

It is spring in the Okanagan!

I love being an organic grower because EVERYTHING I spray on my field I could eat or drink.

The fish fertilizer wouldn’t taste very good but you get my point.

Tastes fancy… only two ingredients. But shhhh don’t tell your guests;)

This is my go-to pre dinner beverage. The benefits of drinking apple cider vinegar before your meal include better digestion, lower blood sugar spikes and helps lower inflammation. Plus the immune boosting goodness of elderberry.

The recipe:
1/2 ounce elderberry oxymel
3/4 cup sparkling water
Mix and serve.

I told you it was easy.
