Meet Alison, our Clinical Herbalist. She offers free 15-minute consultations right here at Mezzo, a chance to sit down, talk it through, and get some grounded guidance on where to start.

Alison sees health as a whole picture. She trained under respected herbalists Chanchal Cabrera and David Winston, and she loves helping people understand their bodies and feel confident caring for themselves. She lives here in Vernon and is a mom to three boys.

As we leave warm autumn days behind and the sun dips lower in the sky, Holly’s garden is settling into its winter rest. Watching it bloom all season, full of colour and so much love for flowers, has been incredible. Today we’re making bouquets with Holly, the friend and grower who fills our market with beauty and heart.

The good news? Holly will still be bringing flowers to Mezzo Market through the colder months, along with her special winter wreaths. ❄️🌿

We’re open through the long weekend. Come grab fresh produce for the table, a forgotten ingredient, or a coffee before the cooking starts.
