Oh So Mexy After many family vacations to Mexico, a love affair developed for the culture and cuisine.

What emerged are family recipes replicating the amazing food we enjoyed in a healthy and delicious home style product that is ready in minutes. Our love affair with Mexican food and culture developed over 25 years ago when we first visited Mexico. The country is incredibly beautiful, and the people warm and welcoming. We tried to recreate this amazing enchilada dish we had in San Sebastien and were hooked. It became a very normal and routine process for us to cook our beans for hours in a large vat, playing with spices to create different flavours. And we did this for years….until we discovered these amazing quick cooking beans, ready in 5 minutes. They have an incredible aroma, and hands down these are better than the ones that took us hours to create!
