The people behind the boil 🦀

An Authentic BC Crab Boil takes a lot of planning, skill and teamwork. From preparing fresh BC Dungeness crab and Salt Spring Island mussels to cooking the sides, melting the butter and serving each bucket, this team handled it all.

A heartfelt thank you to Chef David Lang, Chef Paul Stewart and Chef Scott Doust for bringing their experience and leadership to the kitchen, and to the incredible Camosun College Culinary Arts students who worked alongside them throughout the day.

We are also deeply grateful to Sysco Victoria and all of our local food partners, including Salt Spring Island Mussels, BCfresh and BC Dairy, for helping us serve a generous, local meal.

You brought the heart of BC CrabFest to the table! 💛
