Better Acres Ice Cream I believe that if you’re going to create something, it’d better be better. Why is this so important? Because indulgences should never be compromised.

With this in mind, a very purposeful product was born: an “old world” ice cream that uses only the highest quality simple ingredients, has no gums ever and with the lowest possible sugar. If you’re going to have ice cream, it should be the richest, creamiest and most irrationally delicious ice cream you’ve ever enjoyed. And it should taste as good as it makes you feel. This is why I created Better

She’s the heart behind Better Acres and the reason every scoop starts with a story.

What began with two fresh eggs in the 1970s grew into three generations of sustainable farming, real food, and a commitment to keeping things simple. After tasting those eggs, Lori’s parents were reminded of the homegrown food they grew up with in what is now Croatia — and that moment sparked a family tradition that continues today.

Those same values of patience, hard work, and growing food with care are blended into every batch of Better Acres ice cream.
