Today we remember the children who never came home and honour residential school Survivors, their families and communities.

A day to listen, learn and reflect. Every Child Matters. 🧡

A little behind the scenes with the ICS crew

Great food starts with a lot of prep, teamwork, and a few busy hands in the kitchen.

Here’s one of the seafood platters coming together. Lobster, prawns, mussels, clams and all the good stuff.

Always nice seeing the finished product after a busy day in the kitchen!

Great food, great people, and a little Highland dancing to finish the night.

Recently, we had the pleasure of catering a Celebration of Life at a private residence.

Not every gathering needs a big venue. We’re happy to bring the food and service to you, whether it’s a Celebration of Life, family gathering, or another special occasion at home.

Here’s a look at what we served up for the day.
