Repollo de Fuego
By Jolly Roger’s Hot Sauce

Description: The fermenting process gives this variety a very different profile from a standard hot sauce. The mix of peppers and vegetables have an even, medium heat with an earthy undertone and a touch of tang and sweetness. Pairs well with red meat or as a stand alone sauce to put on everything! Hotter than both our Original and Verde Fresco, Repollo de Fuego is a departure from the average and sure to be a hit.

Each day leading up to the event, we will be revealing two new hot sauces to be featured in the event line-up!
