Raising chickens is not as simple as it used to be, due to a lack of processing facilities in the North of the province. If you want to secure amazing, truly outdoor raised chicken, please place a deposit for the 2026 production year! Your deposits matter a great deal!

You can also choose your feet, organs, carcass and smaller packages when you place a deposit! There are two choices whole chicken or cut parts! Whole chickens go fast!

There is much that can be said about this long strange winter that has occurred. I think As Mary Chapin Carpenter once wrote in a song, Called " The Bug" I dedicate this song to our Alberta this fine Monday Morning as the sunshine's and hopefully we are on the brink of spring!
