Our last day is Thanksgiving Monday!

We have lots of squash, pie pumpkins and of course every other vegetable you could think of that would make you dinner extra delicious!

We are here this weekend every day from 9am-6pm!

Good Morning, what a beautiful fall day. ☀️. Well it certainly seems like summer went by in a blink of an eye! This is our last weekend open for the season here at the Vegetable Stand. We will also be here Monday, open from 9am-6pm. We have lots of fresh veggies picked daily, along with some everyday grocery items available. We also have a fresh bakery order coming around lunch time.

Alex and Chloe put in some vegetables at the Queens County Fair this year and brought home lots of ribbons!! 🎉🤩

Everyone knows the struggle of trying to cut squash! 😂 It’s not a delicate task!

We hope everyone has a great fair weekend! Make sure if you’re passing by to stop at our stand to start prepping your Thanksgiving meal!

For this food review Alex and Chloe took over the video!

They made their Zucchini pizza!🍕🥒 A fun, healthier take on pizza!

Ingredients
Zucchini
Tomato sauce (made with Slocums tomatoes of course)
Pepperoni
Cheese
And any other topping you want to add we added some peppers from our farm!

Steps
1. wash and cut your zucchini in quarter inch slices
2. Lay the cut slices out on a cookie sheet and then put them in the oven for 5 minutes or so, just keep an eye on them
3. Take them out of the oven once they are warmed up and dried out a little bit
4. Add your tomato sauce
5. Add your pepperoni and other toppings of your choice
6. Add your cheese
7. Put back in the oven for about 5-6 minutes
8. There normally done when the cheese is melted good
9. Taste test, and enjoy your zucchini pizza!

Bake at 350 Fahrenheit and enjoy!
