Our philosophy is that farming practices should leave the soil, water, air, people and animals healthier and happier.

Sosnicki Organics is a small family farm growing on 90 acres of sandy loam soil in Norfolk County. A lot of emphasis recently on building and maintaining soil health. Approximately 30 acres each year is used for veggie production and the rest are in grains and cover crops. Growing around 30 different crops with well over 100 varieties of veggies annually, we are known for our exceptional Heirloom Tomatoes, Roma's for Sauce, Sweet Corn, Storage Cabbage and Strawberries that we truly do not spray with anything! Certified for organic integrity through Pro Cert Organic Systems Ltd since 2004.

baskets going out this week! We’ve got all our own fresh Sweet onions, Yukon gold potatoes, green beans, cucs, kale, zucs, big tomatoes, cherry tomatoes too! We ran short on cantaloupes for Monday and Tuesday bins so we subbed with our broccolini. 🥦🥦🥦❤️❤️❤️ Loads of great adds like organic apples, oranges, lemons, mushrooms, beef, ginger root, organic perogies 🥟🥟🥟🥟🥟🥟🥟🥟etc etc! Our garlic sourdough bread is back and we’ve smothered it in raw garlic butter! 🧄🧄🧄🧄🧄🧄Our ruby root slaw is so yummy with a dressing made with full-fat organic pinehedge kefir, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, pepper and organic cane sugar - so creamy and delicious! Veggie noodles, kale Cesar salads too! Currently only available to our home delivery customers 🥗🥗🥗🥗 And always fresh raw unpasteurized juices made with organic ingredients only! ❤️❤️❤️❤️🥬🫜🥔🧄🧅Enjoy this week families!

July baskets for the are packed up this week and shipping out all this week! All our own, homegrown veggies including our potatoes, carrots, beets, sweet onions, snap peas, romaine (huge heads - fresh new patch!), cucumbers, zucchini and cabbage! Adds galore including our garlic, chard, cherry tomatoes, patty pan, squash blossoms! Hot out of the are sourdough breads and bagels, fresh zucchini noodles, croutons, kales chips and more! Happy eating VIPs!
….field work continues today as Ben preps to plant more and our crew weeds, weeds and weeds some more. These are a bunch of new young strawberry plants. Happy July!!

home delivery basket week 4! We ran out of snap peas around basket 49 so the rest of you are getting our field fresh beets! Fresh dug garlic, our first cabbages, lots of zucchini now are some highlights. The last of our strawberries - so small and sweet! Remember guys - next week July 6 thru 9th is our week off. We MUST catch up on weeding and fall planting. We’re back with summer baskets week of July 13th! See you then 💪💪💪🧅🧄🥔🥗

Our seasonal strawberry salad is here with our romaine, feta, cashews, walnuts, h**p and a balsamic evoo dressing with black pepper! . Fresh, delicious, organic ingredients only! Kale Cesar salad with our own pasture raised chicken. Squash blossoms are also starting!

Daily fresh harvests of succulent strawberries PROUDLY , fresh green onions, Swiss chard, kale, heads of Romaine, salad mix, kohlrabi too! All 8 items our own - farm grown! Our field spinach was not the best quality therefore we subbed it out completely and gave added a full pound of Asparagus! Thank you for helping us always, always keep it organic!
