Another delicious and easy to make dinner:
Panang Chicken Curry 😋

We optwd out for Panang Curry, you could go with red, yellow, green, massaman or other curry sauces.

Our protein of choice was chicken. You can substitute for beef, pork, goat, lamb.
Beef pairs really nice with massaman curry.
