We are two sisters who want to spread happiness through simply delicious food, and encourage others to do the same. And so we focus on doing one thing really well – using local apples to make fritters that you’ll want to enjoy with others over, and over, and over again.

Well…. Put on your boots, coat and cap and come on over to the St Jacobs Market. The Market has everything or almost everything you need and did not get over the holidays!
Our Regular hours are Thursdays 8:00 am to 3:00 pm and Saturdays 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

PS, 😉 don’t forget to get some fritters!

We are so excited at the Fritter Co! We have received the freshly picked 2022 crop of apples! The courtlands have arrived from Martins Family Fruit Farm! Come out and enjoy the market and of course a fritter or two! And to warm your heart…. Our hot cider will do just that!
