We are downsizing some of our equipment, and have an electric yarn winder & yardage counter available for purchase. We thought we would use it more than we do, so we thought it was time to pass them along!

Originally purchased from Fibre Artist Supply Co. It has a speed dial and smooth winding. Makes really tidy & big cakes, and is super quiet!

We will be at the Queen City Fibre Festival next weekend, and can have it available for pick-up there, if needed. We prefer to have it picked up rather than shipped, but shipping can be an option for an additional cost. Send us a DM for more info!

Fall is here in a big way - cool mornings, crisp afternoons and leaves everywhere! We love fall - and that our woolies can come out in full force! Or new ones can hit our needles, and we can have something new for the season!

Markethill Scarf (designed by ) is ticking all our boxes for things we love - textured, uses a single skein, and small enough to tuck into our jacket on a chilly day!

We leave in the morning for Calgary!! So excited to be going to Knit City again after missing it last year!

Tara and I are currently driving home from the Manitoba Fibre Festival, and we wanted to take a moment to thank everyone SO MUCH for coming by our booth! We had the best time, and are completely exhausted (but in the best way!).

We appreciated every single one of you that popped into our booth - whether it was to say hi, show us something you made with our yarn, came in to give the yarn a little squeeze, or made a purchase! We definitely felt the love over the weekend, and are heading home with full hearts and a huge dopamine boost!

We hope to see everyone next year!!

We have a new colour in the shop - and it’s our Colour of the Month (so it’s 15% off until Thursday, Sept 10)!!

Market Square is a rich brick red - the perfect autumn colour reminiscent of old buildings, turning leaves and cozy chai lattes.

It will be coming with us to our upcoming markets as well, so you can see it in person if you are coming to (Winnipeg), Knit City Fibre Festivals (Calgary) or Queen City Fibre Festival (Regina)!

Is there anything more summery than fresh fruit?? Here in Saskatchewan, we wait all year for the BC Fruit trucks to start rolling in so we can get our fill of cherries, apricots, peaches, berries.... the grocery stores just cannot compare!!

While we wait to see the trucks parked in town, we dye this set to get us through the cold, wintery, bland fruit filled months. Our BC Orchard collection is vibrant, joyful and reminiscent of the fruit we wait months & months for!

Granny Smith, Bartlett Pear, Freestone Peach, Fruit Stand & Blackberry... these were all created to fade one into another, but all work beautifully on their own! We've restocked our half skein sets in the shop, so if you are craving summer fruit like we are - this might do the trick!
