First official move for the cows with calf. The babies had an absolute blast with new space to explore.

We have had sooo many people reach out and ask when we will be opening. Here is our best answer of whats happening on the farm currently. 🐮🚜

First and most important is we need to have feed. Our hay field was absolutely fried after multiple years of no rain. Last year the dandelions turned brown and died. 😭
So this huge patch of dirt, needs to be seeded. As we are small, so is our equipment which adds some time to the process.

While we are seeding and the ground is worked, we are going to experiment! 🌺🌻💐🌸🌹 We are seeding some flowers as well. About 10,000sq feet. We will see if we get enough rain to get a beautiful patch, or a epic failure. 😂

We also need to take care of a few projects. If you visited last year, you may have noticed our “temporary” stairs on the front of the house. 🙈 Our old farm dog has taken to soaking on the sun on them this spring so he officially needs a deck to match the back of the house. Its only been 4 years. 🤷‍♀️

Then there is the garden, it has been more of a chos garden with poor soil the last 2 years so we have decided to put in a raised bed garden. Will we get it in before the growing season is over? 😂 Only time will tell.

As many know we both work full time so weekends are never long enough. Currently it is looking like our 2026 season will open early July. Soon as we have a more definitive answer we will let everyone know here and via our email signup.
