We look forward to welcoming guests to the farm for "You-Pick" flower events and our Sunday evening Bloom Bar. Group bookings can also be made for private access to You-Pick gardens and bouquet making. These pretty ladies snuck up on me today. They were open and blooming before I knew it had happened. The Red Charm really are the most dramatic. They take my breath away but because they are always eager and first to bloom, i get caught not paying attention. Now I have to enjoy them for myself. Bummer. I will be on peony watch tomorrow.

A rushed dig of the anemones last season left a fair bunch of corms in the beds. With zero effort from us through the winter and a hoophouse with one back wall missing, these little gems persevered and have shot up to introduce themselves in the earliest bloom The Dirty Bee has ever seen. Tough little over achievers! Life is short....bloom when you feel like it.
