Almost sold out! Counting down the cases of our lovely Inspiration Sparkling! This traditional method brut shows aromatics of lemon peel, honey and apple, underscored by subtle notes of orange blossom and fresh brioche. The palate is linear and vibrant, offering fine bubbles, focused acidity, and a bone dry finish. This sparkling had brought much celebration to many of our events and beyond! Flavors Faves will be onsite serving up their delicious perogies and sausages. Tickets are $20 and include entrance to the party and a glass of your favourite wine or alcoholic/nonalcoholic option. Summer days are here and the sun is shining on our vines. Riesling clusters are filling out quickly as they approach bunch closure. At this stage, we’re busy positioning shoots and selectively removing leaves and lateral shoots to improve sunlight exposure and airflow around the fruit. These small vineyard decisions help promote even ripening and reduce disease pressure as the growing season progresses.
