The estate comes alive during harvest. Each variety ripens on its own timeline, shaped by skin thickness, sugar development, and the valley's dramatic contrast of warm days and cool nights. Delicate, thinner-skinned varieties are often the first to come off the vine, while thicker-skinned reds remain a little longer, developing the depth, concentration, and tannin structure that define them.

Late summer on The Terrace is a season of abundance. The vines are heavy with fruit, the kitchen is inspired by the season's best ingredients, and Okanagan Lake provides the backdrop to it all.

Open for lunch and dinner Thursday through Monday.

POSTPONED: August 6 Summer Concert

With the safety and wellbeing of our community as our highest priority, we have made the difficult decision to postpone tonight’s Amanda Marshall concert. Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the wildfires, and our gratitude goes out to all the first responders working to keep us safe.

Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to welcoming you back for a rescheduled performance.

Steep cliffs, sun-scorched soils, relentless heat. Our most southern vineyard site is not an easy place to grow. It is, however, a remarkable one.

At 1,400 feet, the elevation at Jagged Rock Vineyard brings cooler nights and precise conditions that Chardonnay demands. For Syrah, the rocky soils hold the day’s warmth long after sunset, driving richness and depth.

From this site, our Terroir Collection draws two expressions: the 2022 Chardonnay and the 2022 Syrah.

According to Chef Patrick Gayler, the estate garden is thriving, with a remarkable bounty that will soon find its way onto the menu at the Terrace Restaurant.

From fragrant lemongrass and the distinct aromas of boxwood, sweet, and Thai basil to quince, golden plum, sea buckthorn, and anise hyssop, each ingredient will help shape seasonal dishes that reflect the abundance and character of the estate.

A quatrain is four lines of verse. A complete idea given structure and balance by every line before it.

We interpret this as four varietals from distinct blocks in our Osoyoos estate, each painstakingly managed to perfect ripeness. Fermented in French oak, together they resolve into a single expression greater than the sum of its parts.

Object 1 & 2, Steinunn Thórarinsdóttir. Two life size figures, aluminum and iron, sit facing each other in permanent conversation. Close enough to share our space, not just observe it. The exchange between them is private, what we make of it is ours.

When 57 hours of extreme cold devastated the Okanagan Valley's 2024 harvest, our Proprietor turned to an extended family of vintners around the world who share our commitment to exceptional vineyards.

Marlborough, New Zealand, is a region regarded as the benchmark for Sauvignon Blanc. Here, abundant sunshine and cool maritime breezes meet ancient alluvial soils, while long warm days and crisp coastal nights allow the fruit to ripen slowly, developing powerful flavour and vibrant acidity the area is known for.

Our 2024 Terroir Sauvignon Blanc is available exclusively at the estate and through wine club membership.
