Meet Nicole, our Human Resources Director.
Nicole has been calling the Okanagan home for the past 16 months, and she's fully embraced the lifestyle that makes this region so special. For her, it's all about the lake life, w**e country, beautiful landscapes, vibrant summers, and peaceful winters.
Originally from Ontario, Nicole grew up surrounded by a big family and the charm of small-town life. Her career in Human Resources began in Toronto, where she gained experience across the travel, education, healthcare, and retail industries. After moving to Vancouver in 2019, she met her partner while playing volleyball, and together they made the move to the Okanagan last year. Safe to say, they haven't looked back.
At Quails' Gate, Nicole loves the gracious hospitality our team creates, watching the vines come to life each year, and having the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. She values being part of a business where family, w**e, hospitality, and the Okanagan lifestyle come together, all while helping shape the future through people and culture.
Her favourite w**e? Stewart Family Reserve Pinot Noir 🍷
A w**e that converted her from big, bold reds to a softer, more elegant Pinot Noir that still delivers a little boldness.
When she's not at work, you'll likely find Nicole paddleboarding, practicing yoga, biking, snowboarding, playing volleyball, exploring the Okanagan, or spending time with her pup, Lincoln. 🐾
