Come make DIY dishwasher detergent with me!

Who says you need land to homestead?

I’ve been living the homestead life long before I had land!!

The last time I made this non-toxic dishwasher detergent, I doubled the recipe and it lasted me 6 months!!

Try it out and let me know below how you like it!!

Recipe:

- 4c washing soda
- 1c borax
- 1c salt
- 1c baking soda
Bonus
- 20 drops lemon essential oil

Our garden is coming along!!

The chickens have already indulged in some scraps.

We’ve grown everything organic seed with organic soil and compost!!

There have been many lessons along the way and I’m sure there will be many more!!!

After a sold out week, we’ve got some eggs available again this week.

I think we need a tractor 🫣🫣

Sooner rather than later!!!

I keep telling myself one thing at a time, but honestly, our life would be so much easier with a machine!!

In the meantime, I’m getting my steps in and workouts galore 💪😂👌

No big deal, just moved over 1500lbs of feed by hand 😜

We’re all out of eggs this weekend and busy with a private retreat in the Jennie Henderson ✨ Shamanic Healer ✨ retreat space tonight and New Moon Women’s Circle tomorrow night (there’s still space a few more - check out the link in the comments),

But we’ll be back with more eggs next week!

We get eggs of ALL shapes, sizes and colours here at Henderson Hills Homestead!!!

Don’t worry egg customers, we’ll give the dogs the fairy eggs and save the biggest ones that will fit inside the cartons for all of you!!!

The Broiler Chicks are moving into their new mansion 😜😜

I made this chicken tractor out of mostly recycled materials I found lying around our property!!

The $120 I spent was on contractor mesh and chicken wire!!

Someone sent me a cute video of a white frizzle and I responded with the first video!

Just the next day, we found this fairy egg in the coop!!

Persephone is growing up!

And soon we’ll have more blue eggs in each carton!!!
