As CEO and Co-Founder, Chris Millman is involved in both the big picture and the day-to-day. From shaping strategic direction to staying connected to operations, his focus is on making sure the business continues to grow while staying aligned with its core values.

A big part of his role is creating an environment built on trust, respect, and accountability. Whether it’s reviewing key numbers, removing roadblocks, or helping the team stay focused on priorities, the goal is to keep things running efficiently and moving in the right direction.

Since day one, Chris has been dedicated to building a company that values innovation, productivity, and strong relationships—both internally and with clients.

Outside of work, his ideal day is spent with family at the cabin on Lake of the Woods.
