A good friend once told us that it takes courage to start the thing — but even more courage to recognize when that thing isn’t serving you anymore.
After many conversations, a few deep breaths, and yes… a couple of beers, we’ve decided it’s time to close the doors of Connector Brewing.
Like many small businesses, we’ve faced our share of challenges. And while this chapter has been one of the most meaningful of our lives, it’s time for us to step into the next adventure — wherever that may take us.
Connector was never just about beer. It was about connection. It was about the folks who painted walls with us before we ever poured a pint. The friends who built tables and chairs by hand. The brave souls who showed up on opening day not knowing what to expect. The regulars who walked in as customers and somehow became family. The new faces who came in looking for a good beer and left with new friendships. You built this place as much as we did.
And then there’s our team — the heart and soul of Connector. Truly some of the most incredible humans we’ve ever had the privilege of working alongside. Their care, their hustle, their laughter, their ability to pour a perfect pint during absolute chaos (or work around Colton talking with his hands) — they are the reason Connector became what it is. We are endlessly grateful to them.
Our final day will be Saturday, February 21st. We’d love to see you one more time. Come raise a glass, share a story, laugh with us, maybe cry a little (we definitely will), and help us close this chapter the only way we know how — together.
From the bottom of our very full hearts — thank you. For showing up. For believing in us. For making Connector more than just a brewery.
With so much love (and one last cheers),
Colton, Rebecca & G
