Did you know we provide drop off an pick up services for Purolator and Fed Ex? Here's a few helpful tips to make things easier for you and for us.
Please do not leave packages at the cash and leave without the packages being scanned by a staff member (seriously, we make about $200 a month for providing this convenience, we can't dedicate a staff person to sit and wait for packages to show up. A cashier will be with your shortly, but customers in line at the cash come first).
Don't leave UPS packages at our store. We only handle Purolator and Fed Ex. UPS will not come to our store to pick up your package.
Please print your labels at home. We don't have the equipment to scan QR codes to generate labels. We're not opposed to having that equipment, it just hasn't been provided to us by either company.
Please don't show up before we open and leave your package at the store without labels on it. Our produce staff setting up their counter for the day aren't trained to handle packages. I really shouldn't have to explain this one.
We are pleased to offer this convenience for the community but our ability to offer a service that gets your package delivered to the place it needs to go is as much about how we receive it as it is about being here to help.
